Design at Viacom

This Exhibition showcased 20 years of design from the Viacom brands. With a team of only three doing Production Ops and an extremely tight deadline-- we produced all production materials, mechanicals, pre-flights, die-cuts, merchandise, indoor/outdoor materials and ads. It generated a mass following through social media and had thousands of visitors and was fully interactive. Exhibit walls and production, merch, OOH, tactics designed and built with Adobe CC, retouching done with Capture One. Archived treasures provided by Viacom curators.  Exhibit docents were Viacom staff. This is now a traveling exhibition.

Production

The design for the exhibit was very ambitious: various exhibit sculptures, wardrobe and media were intertwined with the printed installation specs.

To the left is an example of one of the 23 wall comps called "Entry Wall A."

There are a number of the "XXIXXIXXI" graphic elements extending below the rule of the wall in the comp.

Each of these needed to be die-cut, which is easy for the large shapes but every "I" was a figure that needed to be carefully silhouetted.

360° Campaign

The scale of this effort was pretty incredible. Beyond the walls the media and curated elements were so cool to play with and the social response was massive. Below are captures from those moments as well as some additional merch I branded for the campaign.
